Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation. Each day that a violation of any section of this article continues shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation for each such day. In addition to the foregoing penalties, the Town of Star City shall be entitled to such other legal relief available to it to enforce this article, including injunctive relief.
