951.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article, except Section 951.05, for which a separate penalty is provided, or fai ling or refusing to abide by and comply with the rules or regulations promulgated to effectuate the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 101.99.
