925.10 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

The funds received from the collections of the rates, fees and rentals herein provided for shall be used only for the continuance, maintenance, installation or improvement of the essential or special service of sewerage and sewage disposal within the Town, and no part of such collections shall be used for any other Municipal purpose.
