901.07 GRADING WITHOUT PERMIT; NONCOMPLIANCE.

Until an application is made and approved in the manner prescribed in this article and the grading permit issued, no grading, stripping or cutting of any site within the Town shall be done, and no grading, stripping or cutting of any site within the Town shall be done without strict compliance with measures set forth in the grading permit.
