761.01 LICENSE.

   Any applicant for a license who has obtained a State license pursuant to West Virginia Code Article 60-7 shall make application for a Town license within fifteen days from the issuance of his State license and shall pay an annual license fee, or partial license fee, as the case may be, to the Town, as provided in this article.

761.02 FEES.

   (a)   The annual Town license fee for a fraternal or veterans' organization or a nonprofit social club shall be three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00).

   (b)   The annual license fee for a private club other than a private club of the type specified in subsection (a) of this section shall be as follows:

      (1)   Less than one thousand members, five hundred dollars ($500.00).

      (2)   One thousand members or more, one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250).

   (c)   The fees for such licenses issued following the first day of January of any year and to expire on the thirtieth day of June of such year shall be one-half of those hereinabove set forth.
