It is expected that all requests will be fulfilled within five business days of receipt of request and applicable fees. However, it is understood and agreed by all parties, that other time constraints, technical or mechanical issues or the scope of the request itself, may require more time. In which case, the custodian shall notify, by whatever means, the requestor of the Town’s inability to meet this timeline and the requestor shall decide whether or not to proceed with the request.
