102.02 REQUESTS FOR COPIES AND/OR RESEARCH.

Requests for copies and/or research shall be made in writing to the appropriate custodian of records on form(s), available from the custodian. Said form(s) will detail the fees contained herein. The requestor shall provide sufficient information on said form(s) to allow the request to be fulfilled as expeditiously as possible.
