743.08 THEATRES; PUBLIC SHOWS.

A theatre, opera house or other permanent place for public shows may be kept or maintained upon the payment of a license fee equal to the maximum amounts allowed pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-13-4 and 11-12-4.
