741.03 LICENSES REQUIRED.

No person shall, without a license, engage in or prosecute, within the Town, any of the businesses, activities, trades or employments named in the Business and Taxation Code. The license taxes hereinafter specified are hereby levied on every person engaging in or prosecuting within the Town any such businesses, activities, trades or employments.
