741.01 INSPECTIONS.
   (a)   Pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-12-15, members of the Police Department shall have the right to enter into and upon the premises or places wherein any business or activity is being conducted pursuant to a license therefor from the Town, at reasonable times, for the purpose of inspecting the same and determining compliance thereof with this article or other Town licensing ordinances; provided, that this section shall not be construed as purporting to authorize an unreasonable search and seizure prohibited by Section 6, Article III of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia.
   (b)   No licensee, or agent, employee or member thereof, shall interfere with or obstruct any member of the Police Department from carrying out the provisions of this section.
   (c)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 101.99.
