549.01 INTENT.

It is the intent of this article to protect the health, safety and welfare of the community and its wildlife by prohibiting the feeding of geese and other waterfowl on public lands and all parks and recreational areas owned, leased and/or maintained by the Town of Star City within the Town of Star City. (Passed 6-25-13.)
