No person shall throw or leave any dead rats, dogs, cats or chickens, or the body of any dead animal, on the streets, alleys or any public place, or in any lots, yards or creek banks of the Town, and no railroad company operating and running cars, engines, etc., through the Town shall permit the body of any dead rat, dog, cat, chicken or any dead animal killed by the running of such cars, engines, etc., to remain on or along the tracks where such animal was killed.
