(a) This section shall authorize the appointment of Deputy Municipal Court Clerks.
(b) By authority granted to it pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-10-04 Council hereby vests in the Deputy Municipal Court Clerks, the authority to issue warrants for arrests, to administer oaths, and to accept and approve sureties and bonds.
(c) The appointment of the Deputy Municipal Court Clerks to perform the aforementioned duties shall be made by the Mayor and confirmed by Star City Town Council.
(d) Once appointed and confirmed to perform the aforementioned duties, such authority shall be removed only by action of the Town Council.
