171.09 INFRACTIONS, CITATIONS AND OTHER INCIDENT REPORTS.

All infractions, citations and other incident reports issued by a sworn Town Officer shall be forwarded to the Town Recorder within two working days of the date of issuance of the infraction. The Town Recorder shall log all infractions, including voids, and shall monthly reconcile the Court's logged infractions with those on file with the Police Records Clerk.
