143.01 PERSONNEL POLICY HANDBOOK.

   There is hereby adopted by reference, as if set out in length herein, a certain document titled “Town of Star City Personnel Policy Handbook”, July 2011, First Edition. Should a conflict arise between any provision of the Codified Ordinances and the tenets of the Personnel Policy Handbook and any revisions thereto, the Personnel Policy Handbook shall take precedence.
