942.10 NONLIABILITY OF THE TOWN.

No permit issued, inspection made or approval given by the Town pursuant to this article shall be construed as imposing any liability whatsoever upon the Town for injury to any person or damage to any property which may occur by reason of any wrongful or negligent act or omission during the progress of any work under this article.
