942.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   An application for such permit shall be made in writing (original and two (2) copies) to the Town Clerk and such application shall include a site plan which shall specifically show the space desired, its length, breadth, and height or depth, and the use intended to be made thereof. The Town Clerk will then submit the copies of the application to the Mayor and working foreman/public works supervisor for review and approval or rejection. Issuance of such permit shall require approval of both the Mayor and working foreman/public works supervisor. Any additions or changes to the uses permitted shall require a new permit. If the uses include the cutting into or otherwise damaging or excavating any street, sidewalk or public place within the Town, the applicant shall also comply with the provisions of Article 909 of this Code.
