941.04 TOWN'S RIGHT TO REFUSE APPLICATION.

The Town shall have the right to refuse any application because of conflict with prior franchise agreements or interference with traffic- controlled cable, wastewater collector, gas, or water pipes, or for any other reason permitted by law. (Passed 7-25-17.)
