§ 51.10 RECALCULATION OF CHARGES.
   If a property owner or other person responsible for paying facilities charges questions the correctness of the charges, the person may have the determination of the facilities charges recomputed by written request to the Public Works Director or designee. The request must be made within 30 days of the mailing of the billing in question.
