§ 50.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.
   The owner of property having a building connected to the public sewer system is responsible for all repairs and maintenance of that portion of the sewer system which runs from the building to its connection with a common sewer line, including the connection to the line.
