§ 50.04 SEWER PERMITS.
All applicants for sanitary or storm sewer permits must be made on forms provided by the City Manager or designee by the person employed to do the work. Before beginning the work, the applicant must file with the City Manager or designee a plan for the work showing the whole course of the line from its connection with the public sewer to the house or other building, with the location of all branches, traps, and fixtures to be connected to the sewer. The applicant must also file drawings of the sewer proposed to be constructed. If the proposed sewer, as shown in the drawings, complies with the provisions of the plumbing code and other applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, the permit will be issued.
