§ 154.244 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS.
   (A)   Composition. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals will be comprised of all the members of the Planning Commission, with one member serving as Chair.
   (B)   Powers and duties. The Board will hear and make recommendations to the City Council regarding variances and appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the Zoning Officer or a city staff member in the enforcement of the Zoning Code.
