§ 154.210 COORDINATION WITH SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
   If a PUD involves the subdivision of land, then the subdivision review shall be carried out under Chapter 153 simultaneously with the review of the PUD. The plans required under this subchapter shall be submitted in a form which will satisfy the requirements of Chapter 153 for the preliminary plat and final plat.
