The Public Works Director or designee will keep records of and report to the City Clerk the actual cost of all special street lighting work, and, in the case of costs to be charged prior to the time they are incurred, the estimated cost of the work. In either case, the records and reports will include the cost of all special street lighting work done or to be done and all operating costs of the city incurred and to be incurred with respect to the special street lighting.
