The C District is intended to provide areas for retail sales and services located and regulated so as to minimize adverse effects on neighboring residential districts and congestion of public streets. The uses and standards in the “C,” Commercial District shall serve as the basis for commercial standards in “PUD”, Planned Unit Development District areas where commercial uses are designated by the District or the Comprehensive Plan.
