§ 154.038 ACCESSORY USES.

   Subject to the provisions of §§ 154.175 through 154.186, the following accessory uses are permitted in the R-1 District:

   (A)   Accessory buildings and private garages and parking for passenger cars and for recreational vehicles and trucks subject to the limitations of Chapter 72, but excluding carports;

   (B)   Swimming pools, subject to the provisions of §§ 150.065 through 150.073;

   (C)   Tennis courts;

   (D)   Signs, subject to the provisions of Chapter 157;

   (E)   Accommodations for not more than two boarders or roomers;

   (F)   Landscaping;

   (G)   Private nonprofit conservatories for plants and flowers;

   (H)   Lawn, garden, and utility buildings; and

   (I)   Solar energy systems, subject to the provisions of § 154.187.
