§ 154.004 INTERPRETATION.
   The intent and purposes set forth in § 154.002 will be considered in interpreting and applying the Zoning Code. If provisions of the Zoning Code impose greater restrictions than those of any statute, other ordinance, or regulation, the provisions of the Zoning Code will control. If provisions of any statute, other ordinance, or regulation impose greater restrictions than the Zoning Code, the provisions of the statute, other ordinance, or regulation will control. In this Zoning Code, the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular, the present tense includes the past and future tenses, the word “building” includes the word “structure,” and the word “lot” includes the word “parcel.”
