§ 153.10 CONVEYANCE BY METES AND BOUNDS FORBIDDEN.
   No conveyance by metes and bounds may be made or recorded if the parcel described in the conveyance is less than two and one-half acres in area or 150 feet in width, unless the parcel was a separate parcel of record on August 22, 1973.
