§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Possession of small amount; first conviction. Any person who violates the provisions of § 131.20(A) is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
      (2)   Possession of small amount; second conviction. Any person who, after being convicted for possession of a small amount of marijuana under § 131.20(A), is subsequently convicted for the same offense within two years after the first conviction is guilty of a misdemeanor.
      (3)   Possession in motor vehicle. Any person who violates the provisions of § 131.20(D) is guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any violation of § 131.21(A), (B), or (C) is a misdemeanor.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 131.35 through 131.47 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
