When a clandestine drug lab site is inside a vehicle, boat, trailer, or other form of moveable personal property, law enforcement authorities must immediately seize it and not allow it to be transported except to a more secure location. All other requirements of this subchapter must be followed as closely as possible given the specific type of property in which the site is discovered.
