§ 130.39 RESEARCH AND STUDY.
   The provisions of this subchapter do not apply to persons who may possess or distribute obscene works or participate in conduct otherwise proscribed by this subchapter when the possession, participation, distribution, or conduct occurs in the course of law enforcement activities.
