§ 130.20 CONFISCATION.
   (A)   Any weapon adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to have been worn, carried, possessed, used, or handled in violation of this subchapter or state statute may be confiscated and disposed of by the Chief of Police.
   (B)   The Chief of Police may provide for the sale, destruction, or other disposition of the weapon.
