§ 130.02 INJURY TO PUBLIC PROPERTY.

   No person may willfully or maliciously displace, remove, injure, damage, or destroy a:

   (A)   Street, highway, or bridge;

   (B)   Monument designating a boundary line;

   (C)   Public sign;

   (D)   Telephone, cable television, or electric line;

   (E)   Gas or water line; and/or

   (F)   Sewer drain, pipe, or connection.
