Each applicant for a license under this subchapter must file with the City Manager or designee a public liability policy or certificate of insurance from a company authorized to do business in the state insuring the applicant against any and all liability incurred in the use or operation of the vehicle licensed under this subchapter. The policy of insurance must be in the amounts of not less than $100,000 for injury or death to one person, $300,000 for each occurrence, and $25,000 property damage.
