§ 115.031 DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   When the requirements of this subchapter are complied with, a suitable license certificate or sticker for each licensed service vehicle issued will be to the licensee. The license, certificate, or sticker must be permanently and prominently affixed and displayed at all times on the upper half of the driver’s door or the service vehicle.
