(A) Term of license. The annual license shall be effective for one year from the date of approval.
(B) Renewal. An application for the renewal of an existing license shall be made prior to the expiration date of the license and shall be made in the form as the city requires. Renewal applications shall be submitted at least 60 days but not more than 150 days before expiration of the license. If, in the judgment of the City Council, good and sufficient cause for the applicant’s failure to apply for a renewal within the time provided is shown, the City Council may, if the other provisions of this subchapter are complied with, grant the license.
