The Parks and Environmental Commission will consist of seven members, five voting and two nonvoting, all of whom will be residents of the city. Five of the seven will be appointed by affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the City Council. There will be two nonvoting liaison members. The School Board of District #282 will appoint a member and the City Council will appoint a School District #282 student liaison.
