§ 114.006 EXPIRATION OF LICENSES FOR FAILURE TO OPERATE.
   If the licensee does not have the amusement devices for which the license was issued available for use by the public within six months after the license is issued, or if use of the amusement devices is discontinued for a period of six months, the license shall expire and shall be available for issuance to other licensees. No portion of the license fee will be refunded after it is paid, even if the license is not in effect for its full term.
