§ 113.48 INSPECTION BY POLICE.
   (A)   Premises. Any licensee shall, at all times during the term of the license, allow the Police Department to enter the premises, where the licensee is carrying on business, including all off-site storage facilities as authorized in § 113.46(R), during normal business hours, except in an emergency, for the purpose of inspecting the premises and inspecting the articles and records therein to locate goods suspected or alleged to have been stolen and to verify compliance with this section or other applicable laws. No licensee shall conceal any article in his, her, or their possession from the Police Department.
   (B)   Inspection by police or claimed owner. All articles of property coming into the possession of any licensee shall be open to inspection and right of examination of any police officer or any person claiming to have been the owner thereof or claiming to have had an interest therein when the person is accompanied by a police officer.
