Every dealer must provide a receipt, upon request, to any person from whom they received goods for which a record was required in § 113.13, and must maintain a duplicate of that receipt for three years. The receipt must include sufficient information to enable the Police Department to identify the transaction, and every item related to it, in the dealer’s records.
