The City Manager or designee will appoint a Secretary, who may, but need not, be a member of the Commission. The Commission will hold one regular meeting every month, when necessary. At the first meeting of each year, the Commission will arrange the dates of its regular monthly meetings through the end of that year. Prior to the first meeting of each year, the City Council will appoint a Chair and Vice Chair.
