§ 112.50 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRACTOR. A person who performs for another person for a contract price, a fee, or other consideration any work for which a building permit is required under the provisions of this code.
