§ 112.18 INSPECTIONS AND INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   Manager and inspector authorization. The City Manager or designees are authorized to make inspections reasonably necessary for the enforcement of this subchapter.
   (B)   Police and health authorization. All police officers, sanitarians, or health officers of the city may inspect a multiple dwelling when requested to do so by the City Manager or designee.
   (C)   Authority to enter. All persons authorized to inspect have the authority to enter, at reasonable times, any multiple dwelling licensed pursuant to this subchapter.
   (D)   Notification of violations. Persons inspecting a multiple dwelling must notify the licensee of all violations, if any, by written notice. The notice will direct compliance in not less than 15 days, unless extended by the City Manager or designee for good cause.
