Each unit must have at least one toilet, one bathtub or shower stall, and one kitchen sink or wash basin. All plumbing facilities within a unit must be kept in good working condition and properly connected to a water supply and sewage system. All plumbing facilities serving more than one unit must be maintained in the same manner.
