§ 112.11 MAINTENANCE STANDARDS.
   The owner of a multiple dwelling and any manager, operator, or owner’s agent must maintain the multiple dwelling according to the standards set forth in this subchapter, in addition to any other requirements of the laws of the state, the ordinances of the city, or any special permits issued by the city.
