Applications for renewal of a license for a multiple dwelling must be made in writing to the City Manager or designee on forms provided by the city. Applications for renewal are to contain the same information as applications for licenses, but may be signed by an agent or manager on behalf of the owner if there has been no change in the information contained in the most recent application on file.
