If a hearing is requested by a licensee in the manner required under § 111.13, the City Manager or designee will set a time for the hearing to be held not less than ten days and not more than 20 days after the request. At the hearing, the City Council will hear all testimony offered by the licensee, and inform the licensee of the basis for the notice of violation. After completion of the hearing, the City Council will determine whether to suspend, terminate, or continue the license.
