§ 111.06 CONTENTS OF LICENSE.

   Each license will state the following:

   (A)   Name of the licensee and any other name under which the business is to be conducted;

   (B)   Name and address of each business licensed;

   (C)   Amount of the license fee;

   (D)   Dates of issuance and expiration of the license; and

   (E)   Any other information as the City Manager or designee or City Council may determine.
