The following types of open burning shall be exempted from the prohibition of § 97.25:
(A) Recreational fires or camp fires subject to the provisions of § 97.36;
(B) Fires purposely set under the supervision of the Fire Department for instruction and training; and
(C) Fires for which a burning permit has been obtained.
