§ 95.50 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. The area between the proposed or existing curb line and the property line of land abutting on any city street.
